This poem is for my first grandson, Leon, who will need a few years before he can read it, or discover Peru for himself. It’s an invitation to be open to the world’s mysteries, grand or tiny, nearby or far away, and celebrate the wisdom they have to offer.

Dr. Bruce likes words that rhyme. Even more, he likes words that are clear and helpful.
