This is the story of Norm, a precocious college graduate, who journeys to the Land called Holy to learn whether he can follow Jesus as a disciple and study him as a student at the same time. Will Norm’s personal convictions or his irrepressible curiosity win out? Will his head or his heart rule the day? Will it be certitude or agnosticism? I wrote this book after years of studying and following Jesus, and helping students to cherish good questions even when answers prove elusive.
